I have been waiting for over a week and have not heard back from you.
Could you either promptly fix these bugs with your software or tell me how i can go about refunding the money that we paid for this plugin as it does not work.
You believe this to be a configuration issue causing a bug in your software? I'm not exactly sure what administrator privileges are going to do for you.
What changes did you make to my website?
It is now broken and I have spent the last few hours trying to figure out what you did so that I can reverse it.
The component tag no longer displays the content of the article on the page.
It appears as though you made a configuration change to the joomla install and I did not backup the database before you broke it so I am going to have to ask you to revert whatever change you made.
