I'm sorry. you Can edit "Title" for field, But you don't edit function of It.
You can do the below:
Please find file languager/en_GB/mod_jux_realestate_realtysearch.ini and find words:
MOD_JUX_REALESTATE_REALTYSEARCH_AGENT="Agent"
and you can edit Title for it.
MOD_JUX_REALESTATE_REALTYSEARCH_AGENT="Referencia".

You can't if you don't change the PHP code.
I think his idea is like the way I used to resolve my issue. I use an unused field for the one I need.
So he says, translate "Agent" field as "orientation" (even if I don't think "Agent" is the best to use...), I for example, use "Company" for "Location" in order to make customers to search for a location in searching fields.
