I know this is an old thread, but since the OP was not addressed, let me explain our issue.
When using a YouTube video, you have the option to select Full Screen OR Module Position.
However, when you select a local video, the Module Position option disappears and you can only select Full Screen. We want the background video in module position for local video. How can we accomplish this?
When you select Youtube Video you can adjust background mode and special element as seen by my screen shot:

When you select local file, these options are gone, see screen shot:

i am sorry but currently, the product cannot support this function, video local is hard to run in position, I hope you sympathize
