Error: "submitacymailingform is not defined"

I do not understand why the site has the AcyMailing component installed but there is no AcyMailing library on the front-end so I will guide you to call that library, I just want to say that the repair is very simple, you just need to follow the direction leads below

edit:
$acymailing_enabled = $this->params->def('maillist', 'none') == 'acymailing' || $this->extensionInstalled('com_acymailing');
