When problems started to pile up, I decided to remove extensions one by one.
The majority of the problems are not courced by Mega menu, but an other extension. (No I am not going to shame and blame)
Still can't use submenu's, but main menu is working now.
The problem is partly solved.
I can now use the first level in the menu on a mobile phone, so this part is solved.
The second level (submenu's) do work if I test it on a desktop PC. Making the windows real small to trigger the responsive mobile menu, the menu works fine.
If tested om a real phone like One+(Android) and on an Apple (IOS) using Firefox, Chrome or that thing that Apple uses, I can open the submenu but I cant use the buttons.
I have a testsite for this issue:
tca.appelscha.eu
HI Patrick Witteveen,
I do not understand your question, I checked I saw Menu works fine. Do you want to open the menu, but do not need to use the 'V":
If you want that. I think that is impossible. because your menu links.
Thanks!
I want to use the submenu on a mobile phone.
If tested on a pc (by making the window smaller to force the mobile template) I can use the submenu.
If tested on a real phone, I can open the submenu, but I can't navigate to a sub page.
E.g. I can't navigate to
www.tennisclub-appelscha.nl/index.php/junioren/rood
Main [Junioren] sub [Rood]
I am also having trouble with the submenu items not responding on a mobile phone or tablet in portrait layout. It works fine on a desktop. When selecting one the menu just closes. Does anyone know a fix for this?
Update: I was finally able to track this done. It was a jquery conflict. My template was loading two copies of jquery.
