Cannot create columns in the menu display

I'm trying to get this type of menu:

This is a demo of what I'm trying to do:

1. I need the menu to take up 100% width of the page
2. I need multiple columns

I do not see the options that you have in the help for JUX Mega Menu Extended, so I'm not sure where I set up number of columns.

I did find that the extened tab is in the menu items, not the module, so I started playing with it, but I'm not sure if I'm getting it right.

One more question, what is the best way if I want to change the css of the menu, should I just adjust to the way that I want and add to my template, or is there a place to put it specifcally within the too?

Do you have a document / breakdown of the different 'layers' to change the css? If not I can figure it out via inspect.

I decided to adjust the menu, and now I'm stuck since I don't completely understand how the menu system works.

This is what I want...

I would like each column to be wider so this way each 'title' is on one line and not wrapped to 2 lines. I tried to do that myself, but ended up messing it up.

If you prefer you can explain to me what to do with the columns, or if it's easier to login. Again I'm willing to pay for your time. I really apreciate it.
