Social Media hangs on red loading boxes

Hi, my provider says, he need more information, what is the problem?

For me it is not the server, the provider writes:
The URL mentioned is not blocked on the server side. Also when renaming the test .htaccess-Datei it comes under http://.../modules/mod_jux_social_media/social/social.php to an error -500.

Here is the error in the error log:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class OAuthException, because the name is already in use in /www/htdocs/w00c38fb/.../modules/mod_jux_social_media/social/social.php on line 875, referer: http://.../...n/social-stream

unfortunately no help and no solution, sorry

I added the following rewrite rule to the .htaccess file and that resolved the issue

RewriteRule ^modules\/mod_jux_social_media\/social\/social\.php$ - [L]
