I can fill in all form fields but not the PRODUCT NAME, so I cannot post the ticket.
I tried two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and it does the same.
Also changed the category from Technical Support to billing Support and problem remains.
On the Pre-sales Question support tickets is has the same problem.
Please have a look and test the form.
