Mega menu Forlio

I installed the Forlio template and the Mega Menu is not working right. I tried everything in Megamenu configuration but nothing works. here is the site url with quick install Forlio masterns.net/arevdev/ when you hover over the menu the submenu will pop up and you can click on the submenu item. the second time you try to do it the submenu disappears before you can click on it. The submenu does not stay long enough after the first time...

I installed the template 3 times on 2 different hosting servers. same issue
