exclamation-circle JUX Events: Batch error in Event Management

I created a few events and now i want them to be repeated weekly. Instead of creating the events again for every week, i thought I could use the batch button to clone them for each week. But when i select my events and click on the Batch button i get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function load() on a non-object in /home2/updated/public_html/administrator/components/com_jux_eventon/models/event.php on line 1327

This is a clean install of jux events which i installed yesterday. I am also on the latest Joomla version (3 weeks ago).

Hi eric argyrou
Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
I'm sorry for the late reply. We have a Lunar New Year holiday week
If you want the event to happen in three weeks. I think you choose the time period it takes place in 3 weeks. For example, from 16 -2 to 10-3.
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply but i dont think you realize the issue. I get an error when i try to click on [Process]

I first select the event i wish to create more of. When i click on [Batch] i get a popup and select the following 4 options:

- Keep original Access Levels -
- Keep original Tags -
- Keep original Language -
Copy

When i click [Process] I get the error :
Fatal error: Call to a member function load() on a non-object in /home2/updated/public_html/administrator/components/com_jux_eventon/models/event.php on line 1327

I just sent you another private message with user/pass

On a separate note, when i go through the buying process, i realize that it doenst require me to login. And even if am already logged in, when i see the record in the bookings table in the db, the userid is always 0. I would like to force users to register/login before buying an event. Is this possible?

Hi eric argyrou,
I'm sorry. I can not log in with the account you send.
Our products, no need to sign a purchase. When users select the number of tickets. they just do what their information (The information from the administrator so can create and change in the back-end), then transferred to the payment system PayPal.
If users log in, they will have to create an account, an account confirmed ... it will take a long time user. we do not want that.
Hope you understand
Thanks!
