No "Add Slide" button

I just purchased Visio Slider and have installed it on Joomla 3.3.3. It installed successfully and am now trying to follow the configuration instructions. I created a Slide Show, and then go to edit the slide show to add my images. There is no Add Slide button. I only get the three blue buttons, Caption, Effect, and Video, on the right hand side.There are no visible green Order and Refresh or Add Slide (as shown in the Configuration documentation) on the left hand side. See attached image.

The Module and Plugin are both "Published".

What is going on? Do I need to uninstall and then reinstall? What's missing?

Sorry for late respone because I have got flu. About your problem I checked your site and use debug tool and I see have error the css file can't load. So please give us account with full access to debug it (or FPT account).

I have the same problem.

Installed visio slide component on completly new site (jomla 3.3.6). ...still on localhost - and there is no add slide button (plugin is enabled).

Also when I try to add new slideshow via template I get "string(1) "0" int(1)" message...

Like something is missing?

About your problem please submit a ticket. We need permission to check code of your site to debug it!

Ana - did you ever get a fix for this? Having the same problem and no response from support as yet.
