Where is my buy button? I don't know what went wrong please help me.

Is it possible to have as paymend methode only banktransfer. Is there a way to have Europeaan banktransfers? Like www.mollie.com ?

On the bottom the plus and minus aren't alligning. Where, and how can i change that?

2) Is there a way to have another paymend like www.mollie.com ? That would be nice because it's neccesary for UE countrys.

3) I have deactivate 2checkout but its still in the paymend methode. How can i deactivate it? (see printscreen)

3. Please go to Extensions -> Plugins -> JUX Payment - 2 Checkout -> Disable.

I disable the plug in but it's stil visible on the paymend methode.
