Language Manage not find languages.

If you try install pt-BR language package manually, not works too! Install works but not translate anything.

Can you help me?

You download "Portuguese language (Portugal) for Joomla" from website:
joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtranslation3_...&frs_package_id=6438

Then you go to backend:
Extensions > Extension Manager:
You install "Portuguese language (Portugal) for Joomla" from Extension Manager Interface.

Please follow the instructions above and feed back for me.
