NOO NOONE broken parallax

Hi, i have a problem with a the NOO NOONE v2 template, i started with the v1 and then upgrade to v2 without problem but now i find out the parallax effect on chrome stopped working, it show me a white background and one i go over an element with the mouse appear a piece of the background image. Can you help me?
