After filling the form it does not go anywhere,'

Sorry for late response! Can you tell me did you configuration sendmail at:
System->Global Configuration ->Server -> Mail setting
You can use form send mail if you configuration here.
About configuration email you can contact your hosting provider to get your mail host information!

In System->Global Configuration ->Server -> Mail setting
I have this:

Send Mail........................................ Yes
Mailer *............................................ PHP Mail
From email...................................... This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
From Name..................................... Milesgate.com
Disable Mass Mail........................... No

My main joomla contact works fine but the form module in the front page doesn't work.
Also I want to put some required field and a little message after the form is sent.

I checked template and this module is html and if you want use this form you must custom php code!
