Cannot access backend after quickstart installation

Hello, i installed two quickstart here www.uilfpl.net/new and www.uilfpl.net/news , and both of them doesn't let me access the backend ....even if i type the correct user and password it just refresh the page ...can you help me?

About your problem with quickstart package I think this is problem with your server configuration.
I never seen it before. So can you check with some tutorial like this:
