Hi,
Having trouble controlling the image proportions of my background slideshow. I want the background always filled, so no bars at either top/bottom or sides. Fit Always, Landscape and Portrait are all set to "no". No bars appear, so this works, however the images distorts when resizing the browser window rather then being cropped. Please help, see screenshots attached as well as visit

1. I'm sorry, You can description It than better, I still don't understand what do you want spoke.
2. Because You resizing the browser window , You only resizing width of it and Don't edit height, Your image will being cropped.

yes, I want the image to be cropped. At the moment it get's squeezed/distorted. Make sense?

You can choose Fit Landscape: YES and Fit Portrait:NO in tab Supersized Adcanced Options.

Dear gtangt, I hope it's not too late for an answer. I used to have the same problem.
The solution is pretty simple actually. The issue is in Supersized itself which sets for all images:
So you may just edit that or add the following to your custom css file, if you have one, or to your template's css:
#supersized img {
max-width: initial;
}

I think that devs should definitely implement this in future versions of JUX Background Slider.
