file How to get background size cover

Hello,

What are the settings I need to apply to JUX Background Slider so it extends to the full width and height of the page, but without the image size ratio being distorted?

In essence the idea is to have the effect of what a CSS rule "background-size:cover" would do.

Thanks!

Best,
Roger.

Hello,

Thank you, I just added the info to login.

You can find the module in action going to /dev in that site. The image ratio is distorted.

The intended behaviour can be found at the root of the site, where the images cover the full background, but maintaining their aspect.

Thanks!

Best,
Roger.

Hi
Sorry, because the screen size and image size do not match.
So it enlarges the image to fit the size.
Hope you will understand
thanks

Hello,

In the home of that web there's another approach, in which the size of the image is changed to cover the full screen, but without changing the width/height ratio.

The idea is to find which dimension is bigger (width or height), and then change that dimension in the image, while keeping the other dimension in "auto".

May I suggest to change the module programming in the next version so it works that way? We can't use it if the image is being distorted.

Thanks!

Best,
Roger.
