Works as a module but not full screen

It works perfectly if I publish it as a module, but I can't get it to play full screen. I didn't see where I can submit a ticket? My site is here:

About your problem with jux background video I checked your site but I don't see module jux background video now. Can you pm me your site url and admin account. I'll check and try to fix it for you asap!

I checked your site and see background video working now. However your slideshow over on background video!
So you can turn off the slideshow. Then add this code at custom css option
#rt-showcase{
min-height: 500px!important; //height of the video
}

You have it running in the showcase position though - I wanted to run as a background/full screen?

I checked your site again and see you don't choose position for background video. That cause our module don't work.
I selected position and backgroung video working fine.
I added some css code for the best display at custom css option!
#rt-page-surround{
position: static!important;
}
Now jux background video working fine. Please check your site again!
