IE Compatibility Mode, video doesn't display, neither does the Static Image

Hi there,

We have a lot of internal computers that are using IE Compatibility Mode. Those computers are not seeing the video play, and the static image is not coming up either. It just eliminates the whole section.

I can understand the video not playing, but why isn't it falling back to the static image?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
