Error Message

I bought JUX Background yesterday, when i go to VIDEO PLAYLIST, i have message like this:

Could you advise me please?

php version on your site may not be supported " file_get_contents ()"
please enter juxadditems.php file (modules \ mod_jux_background_video \ elements)
307 line replacement
$data =file_get_contents(' www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/videos?id='.$videoID [$i].'&key=AIzaSyCbSrMgXhG6gLE5HZKvbvIB7ixc49vqhjQ&part=snippet,contentDetails,statistics,status');
=>
$data =stream_get_contents(' www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/videos?id='.$videoID [$i].'&key=AIzaSyCbSrMgXhG6gLE5HZKvbvIB7ixc49vqhjQ&part=snippet,contentDetails,statistics,status');

i did as per instruction
i couldn't fine the "stream",
Get a different message
Warning: file_get_contents( www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/videos?id=...ls,statistics,status ): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
