Can't change the Contact Us form headings

I'm trying to duplicate the Contact Us form in your Capulus documentation, and I can't modify the headings, legend, or button text to match what you show. I've edited the php code in /opt/bitnami/apps/joomla/htdocs/components/com_contact/views/contact/tmpl/default_form.php, but it doesn't have any effect. It must be showing those headings from some other place. Can you direct me to the file I need to modify? It doesn't look like I can do that by editing the Contact item itself, is that correct? I'm enclosing the Contact Us screen shot and my edited version of default_form.php.

About change language of contact form you can change it in {root}/templates/jux_capulus/html/com_contact/contact/default_form.php
To change language you can change it in: language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_jux_capulus.ini
