recaptcha does not show in contact form

Hi,
I have enabled the Captcha - Recaptcha plugin. I have choosen 2.0 version, acquired and entered the Site key, as well as the Secret key. However, captcha-recaptcha is not showing in my contact form. Is there something else I'm supposed to do that I am missing?
I have provided a screenshot of my contact form below, showing the absence of captcha-recaptcha.
