save, save and close, cancel button not working in backend

Hello, suddenly the backen button save, save and close and cancel stopped working in backend....
I updated joomla installation but nothing happend...still not working.

I checked your backend. I saw, all button of Joomla that can't save, close ...
Please contact with a person who manages your hosting. Because Hosting doesn't allow read some file your site,

Thanks a lot! i solved it checking the folder with the files you sended me.....there was an .htaccess file in folder media/system/js that doesn't have to be there...maybe a hacking attemp..maybe somethng else....i renamed it and everything turned to work again!

Can i ask you what did you use to discover not working files? so that in the future i can solve this kind of problem by myself without boring you?
