Donate pop-up, payment processor not working

I've recently installed JUX Charity Hub, in the J! Charity Template (by Templaza).

I've setup a 1st Jux Cause. When I click the Donate button, I observe the following:
1) On 'Step 1" page under the amount button row, I see the lead-in text "Or enter the amount you want here:" .. but no input field is visible.
2) On 'Step 2' page of pop-up, under the Donate button, I see the following text -"account This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. / abc123!!" . Thought it might be to do with PayPal plugin's Test mode.. but get the same result when in Test or not.

Please help.
