How remove or change the url-text?

Hello friends,

First of all.. I wanna thank you all so much for the amazing and beautiful template and support.
Only I have a fast question.

my site xxx/index.php/component/jux_real_estate/realty/1-oakland-beach?Itemid=101
Have than weird url-text. It's too lang, and the customer want's that removed.

So how can I remove the component/jux_real_estate/realty/1-oakland-beach?Itemid=101
Or change it, like a normal article page? Just simple /oakland-beach as example.

I found the cause.
You can go to Menu -> Main Menu. You will see I created new menu with name Proprety Detail and chosen type Property Detail.
I think if do it, link to detail property will more beautiful.
