Error trying to translate

Hello. I'm trying to configure the site in 3 languages: English, Spanish and Russian.

However, how to make it work the menus?

For the JUX:realstate module, when I enter to "Translate language" menu, and I select es.ES, for example, I receive the following error:

Original File Language /home/zzzzzz/public_html/language/es-ES/es-ES.com_jux_real_estate.ini Does not exists
Please check your extension name at configuration again or this extension don't have language file at back-end or front-end

NO response from Joomla UX team. I'm very disappointed

I don't want this templates anymore. Please get my money back at themeforest. I've sent an email to Envato team. They tell me you must get my money back. Thank you
