SP Page Builder component : Unable to update to a newer version.

Hi.

I want to update SP Page Builder Pro component from 2.3.1 to the new version 2.4.7.
It is part of the 'Citilights - Premium Real Estate Template' package. I bought it from here last week.

Joomla updater message: "Oops! One of your commercial extensions(SP Page Builder Pro) couldn't be updated.
JoomShaper refused to provide you with an update file."

'Perfect Dashboard' can not do it either. Do I need a license key from JoomShaper.?

I have the same problem. My Citilights based site is almost ready for testing, but need to install SPPB update.
I do not have Skype on any studio computer.
Any other options?

Hello, I have the same problems:
1) update SP Page Builder Pro to its most recent version.
2) problems to register users as new agents, especially the means of payment does not appear when the site is online, instead on my local XAMPP server, everything works correctly.
3) I wanted to integrate a few components to enter with my Facebook or Gmail accounts, when they enter, they appear as users in my user manager, but the JUX REAL STATE component ignores them.

Hi, I am still in the same situation. Skype is not a good option for me either - is there anything else that can be done?

Thanks for the package. I do get a message that the SP licence number and the Google API are missing, but everything seems to be working except when I upgrade to the newest Joomla version. I get error messages, so have had to revert to back up. The error message is here:

Also, the new SP Page Builder is now 2.5.4
