I had to set the Editor to None in Global Configuration to even get my content to Save to the plugin. However, the content does not allow in formatting per turning off the editor. Therefore, content is displayed without any formatting and juggled together.
How do I go about formatting paragraph spacing and such if the Editor has to be set to None to even display the content?

About your problem with jux coming soon. Do you want to save the code and note set Editor to none? In this case Joomla don't support this.
But you can do it by enable editor to style or anything then copy html code -> set editor to none and paste code ->SAVE
