Problem with contact form

I purchased your plugin JUX Coming Soon plugin, unfortunately despite my many reports I have not yet been able to get an answer and solve the problem.
Let me recap the problem: In the contact tab if I fill out the form and click on the send button nothing happens.
I would like to point out that my provider has deactivated the mail() function, to make the mail work, I set up the mail via SMTP in Joomla and the test run works perfectly. But the button on the contact tab does not send any emails. I need your help. thanks

I still have two small problems:
1- I had pointed out to you that when I view the contact card, some information is lost, for example the phone number is not visible, what can I do to view it?

2- When I view the image on a tablet or smartphone the image is not responsive, how to solve??

I saw that you reinstalled the plugin, if I had to reinstall where do I get the updated plugin? Is the one online version 1.1.6?
