Hi,

This is the 1st time I have used a youtube video, the option is switched on and I have added the video URL as per help, but black screen. I have added a video image which displays but no video. I am NOT using https://

Any ideas? Joe

Hi Future Client. I checked your site and see the bug happen when you don't enable countdown at homepage.
So I fixed it. Please check your site again! We'll update to fix it in next version!

Hi, many thanks for fixing the problem, 10 out of 10.

But, how many bugs are there in this, the Social Media accounts wrong, the video not working when the countdown is disabled. Come on guys, I support you (we all do) because what you do is great.

PLEASE test your products PROPERLY before releasing them in future.

We have ALL spent our valuable time trying to figure out these problems which could so easily be AVOIDED if you did some basic TESTING first.

P.s. you have also wasted your time correcting a problem which should not exist.

We listed all bugs all will have new release to fix and upgrade it asap!
