Mailing List Signup Captcha Invalid?

I've just tested my coming soon Mailing List sign-up and it returns the following error.

I've checked my ACYMailing component and everything seems ok in that respect, can you help advise please?

I'm so sorry because our product not support captcha as you mentioned. I don't understand why the text "the captcha is invalid, please try agian" can show.
