There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).

HI Sey,
Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
In the Server it will have a php.ini file. You need to ask the hosting provider adjusted site capacity. Can size your site contains too little. it is not sufficiently used.
Thanks!

Hi NT, thanks for you response.

I called Godaddy hosting. The support rep went over the php.ini folder with me, but there is no code there (except code below) - nothing to adjust he said. Then he suggest uploading direct through cpanel/ftp file manager. Iupdated to the plugins folder but Coming soon" folder was all zipped up, then I extracted but nothing came up in the plugin manager... nothing. What do think?

Godaddy php.ini file code:

"allow_url_include=Off
disable_functions=show_source, system, shell_exec, passthru, exec, phpinfo, popen, proc_open
open_basedir=/home/mac/public_html/mywebsite.com:/tmp::/home/mac/public_html/mp:/home/makuu/public_html/mywebsite.com/log"

NT,

Ok you dont login. But you got the account website as requested - I sent.

So what can be done now to make this work? This is getting frustrating, how come Jux product cant upload onto Godaddy (biggest) of all hosting services?

I have been managing various joomla websites for over six years, and I never encountered file-sized problems in uploading plugins, extensions or module. Something is really wrong, otherwise this should have been tested to make sure all JUX extension are compatible with all hosting services especially the major ones - before putting the extension in the market.

Please simply let me know if you product works with Godaddy hosting or not?

Thank you

Hi Sey,
Our products, sold to a lot of customers, they do not have problems like you, you're the first person to talk about this issue.
Our products have only 1.65 MB capacity. I think it's not as heavy as you might think.
Thanks!

Hi NT, Thanks for you response.

Are you really sure all your extensions are within 1.65MB?? Because your club member backend stated otherwise as following on the download package, some as follows:

JUX Coming Soon (2.01 MB) - this is the one I wanted uploaded
JUX Download Extenions (3.17 MB)
JUX Mashup (2.87 MB)
JUX Event On (4.57 MB)
JUX Charity Hub Package 1.0.1 (3.74 MB)
JUX Charity Hub - Quickstart Package (44.85 MB)

Please I am not trying to dis your product or put anyone on the spot. This is a customer feedback you should appreciate and make amend to your extensions files if necessary or provide guidance on how to resolve.
