hide or change "our website is launching soon:..." in frontend

you can want to change it, please go to source code:
...administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_system_juxofflinepage.ini at line 23 and edit it
If you want to hide it , please go to back-end plugin -> tab Option Advanced -> custom CSS and add code:

}
