Module Configuration not working

I purchased and installed the Business template and try to get any module running (on an existing joomla installation, not the Quickstart)

docs.joomlaux.com/templates/jux_business/#counter

e.g. the counter module

adding the code to the a custom module does not create the counter, but an empty module.
you write in the docs:

I searched the css files but e.g. "jux-counter" is not appering there.

I can't grant you access to our joomla backend
