Modules Problems : Noo portfolio / JUX Metro Contents

I encountered a lot of problems with this template.
First of all the options in the templates himself doesn't work : police, navigation...
and now I try to use a module and it doesn't work too.
SO ... maybe as I'm not in good mood today it can be explained... but I doubt
Could you check this :
why the dimension 'height=100" doesn't work in metro contents

why in the noo module it show a detail and not the full image (item widht = item height = 100% ans image w/h = 250 as the picture is in 250*250 format

I need to delete View all projects also in Noo module, there's no option for that ?

is there a tutoriel somewhere ?

Did you ever figure out how to remove the View all Works button or to change the link it goes to? I am at Hair pulling stage right now!!
