No OffCanvas on mobile

Hello.
Using Helix_ultimate template.
Want to migrate from megamenu to css3 menu.

1. Can not see Off Canvas on mobile.
2. cannot define home as fa-jome
3. submenu is not ident.
please advise.

Thank you for the assistance.

There was a big problem !!!

While the menu appeared correctly,
the page scrolling stopped !!!
No scrolling!

You wrote it is a template problem
so I switched to a new up-to-date template:
Helix_Ultimate latest version.

I had to change the menu module position:
Top2 >> Menu

as it did not work.
I adjusted the code you entered in the module' advanced section.

No Menu in mobile !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in web - the menuitem - Sign In
has a module.
It is not presented !!!!!

Please assist!!!
