submenu does not wrap when screen is to narrow

Hi,

I have a wide submenu with seven columns. But when I reduce the width of the browser the submenu is not wrapping into another line but is moving the submenu partially outside the viewport. In other words the submenu is not allowed to be wider than 992px where the menu colapses.

There is a width between the collapse of the menu and the full page width where the submenu should wrap up into more lines when necessary and should not hide outside.

Any idea how I can do it?
