HOw to change font size, collors, style etc

Hi

I'm using CSS3 Mega menu and I would like to change the font size and color. I doN,t see this option anywhere and I saw other people asked the same thing (But answer was private so I don't know how to do it)

if you want to change the color accuracy, font-site ...
you must select Menu Theme config: Custom CSS. if you choose the default theme, you will not change the color of the back-end.

where is "Menu Theme config"

I have meny tab and no place to put CSS.

I have a Module tab where I have a module "Menu" and inside yes, I can put CSS. But I have now Ideas about which classes name I have to modify.
