Extension not available from download page

don't know if this is the right place for this ticket but I couldn't find a support email for this kind of questions.

I've just purchased the extension "JUX CSS3 Mega Menu" but the extension is not available from the download page, could you please check why?
I can provide Pyapal transaction ID if required.

Solved, it took about 20 minutes but in the end the extension appeared in my download page.
