Menu tooltip is opaque

I have added a Link Title Attribute on my main menu, but the tool tip appears opaque or is too transparent (it looks odd). How can this be fixed?

See demo site - dev1.televisionjamaica.com/scq (if PIN required, it is 4875). Mouse over the menu item "Main". You will see tool tip appear with message "Schools Challenge Quiz home page", but it is too pale.

Thanks. How do I get the text to be horizontal or display straight across? Now each text displays in a line. I need text straight across.
