Multiple problems with new installation

Just got this installed on 3.5.1 site. I have several. problems.

1) Sticky menu doesn't work. The IT-Arabia icetheme template I am using has a built in sticky menu but it wasn't working correctly so I had to turn it off. I was hoping this would work but when I enable it nothing happens.

2) Can't use the jquery because it breaks the slideshow on my home page

3) No text/items showing up in submenus

4) In the menu styles, many options are greyed out, for example, padding, margin, border radius. I've tried enabling jquery to see if this would enable the greyed out items but it made no difference.

5) I've also just noticed that when it is enabled my little Print/Email dropdown icon stops working that's built into the template.

1. You should disable sticky template
2 Your template jquery.min.js library, you do not need to add the module load
3. Please go to template.css file(Template/ it_arabia/assets/less)

1. In the front end of site the drop down menu items are INVISIBLE. You can't see them. Changing the styles does nothing to fix this.
2. In The front end of the site the hover color on the dropdown menu does nothing. It just stays the same as the background.
3. In the admin when I go to Dropdown Menu Style Padding, Margin, and Border Radius options greyed out and unusable.
4. In admin under Menu Items Style --> Top Items Style the Margin options are greyed out.
5. In admin under Top Menu Style --> Padding, Margin, and Border Radius options are greyed out

Can you please hurry up and fix this or give me my money back? As it is right now it is NOT usable..
