Issues with the off canvas

Hello!

So, I bought CSS3 Mega Menu yesterday, and started to use it. I rapidly found a problem happening with the responsive mode. I chose the off canvas when the screen size is small (tablet/smartphone), and it looks like it's not working. Let me illustrate :



Here the behavior is normal (The Mega Menu is the 2nd, I'm trying to improve our menu but want to keep his style, so I'm using the custom css mode).



Here the problem starts. I just reduced the window size, and didn't do anything else, and I've the menu semi-appearing on the left.



And here is what happens if I click on the menu button. An empty space appears on the left. Not very pretty

To be sure my custom code isn't causing any problem, I removed it, and tried to test the menu with the black white template, but I still had the problem. Same if I change the position of the menu. If I choose the dropdown option, of course, the problem doesn't happen.

Am I doing something wrong? Where can I provide admin access to let you see it? (the menu is currently not visible for visitors, only for admins while I'm customizing it)

Edit : Be careful, it's a production environment.

I think it's because you logged in the backend, but not on the frontend. The 2nd menu, that is the css3 menu is disabled for normal users as I'm testing it and customising it, and don't want people seeing it at the moment.

On the frontend, there is a module on the sidebar allowing you to connect to the account I provided in frontend :




I just checked, even if you log on backend, you're not logged to frontend. After login on frontend, you should see it

Regarding your problem is due to your template, I found many examples where it conflicts with our modules.
I have custom again. CSS3 Mega Menu module JUX -> Advanced tab -> Custom CSS config
