Submenu items in responsive menu (phone, tablet) are shown just in case I click on the arrow

Hi team,
Our users are complaining about menu in responsive mode. It is needed to click on the narrow (on the right side).
They are expecting that submenus should be shown if they click whereever within particular item (not just on the arrow).

Does your product support this type of feautre? If it is so, would you know how to proceed?

Thank you for using our product.
We can customize them but when the menu item get the link and the submenu, you can't click dropdown because it will get the link before dropdown displays.

Sure, I fully understand the impact on the menu item with the link and submenu. Fortunately, my website is not using this type of logic.
If there is a submenu, menu item doesn't refer to any link (it is just something like a group).

You can go to the path:.../modules/mod_jux_megamenucss3/assets/css/off-canvas.css and find to line 235
and edit the padding the below:

.js-megamenu-off-canvas .arrow-icon {

padding: 15px 15px 10px 234px;
}
