go to file: ...\modules\mod_jux_megamenucss3\assets\css\style.css and add code custom css:
#js-mainnavcss3 ul.level0 li.megacss3 a{
color:#b15877!important;
}
with #b15877 is color you want
2: with problem background color menu ;
go to file: ...\modules\mod_jux_megamenucss3\assets\css\style.css and add code custom css:
#js-mainnavcss3.megamenu {
background: #b15877!important;
}
with #b15877 is color you want

please go to back-end modules -tab advanced -> custom css and add code:

li.megacss3 a.megacss3{
padding: 4px 10px!important;
font-size:17px!important;
}

with 17px is font size and
4px is top and bottom of the menu
10px is left and right of the menu
