Does CSS3 Mega Menu allow viewing access permissions between Site Menus?

Hello,

I need the CSS3 Mega Menu to show different Menu Tabs, based on the User Login and Access settings.
For example, when user first comes to website, they should see only the "Public" viewing access menu tabs.
After the user successfully logs in, they should then see additional tabs, based on their login viewing access. (Fall Schedules, Fall Bulletin Board, Logout, etc)

Is this possible with CSS3 Mega Menu?

I've tried and it only shows tabs based on Menu Name, not viewer access levels.

Please let me know how to do this.
