Quickstart Problem

Hi,
I have had problems in the installation of the quickstart template.
First, it gave me an PHP message, that I should upgrade my php version to 5.5. It was 5.4.29.
My host helped me to upgrade to 5.5.22, I follow as usual the installation but at the end, I wasn't able to access the administration and the homepage is without any CSS code.

I work a long time with joomla and it is the first time that I saw this type of problem, and demand.

I ask for help, asap!!!
