Desconfiguracion del Back-end

después de varias instalaciones y revisar el joomla no logro actualizar a 3.7, se des-configura el back.end.
lo instale local y funciona y lo copie con akeeba backup pensando en solución y lo mismo. ¿debo hacer alguna modificación?

www.organizacioncrich.org/administrator , los item del menu del bakc-end se ven "JDEFAULT_USERNAME" deberia ser ·"Usuario". Esto sucede solo cuando se actualiza joomla a 3,7 y todos los item del menu del back-end
