How to get files INTO the JUX Download component

I just bought the JUX download extension today. -

Problem: How to get files INTO the JUX download component??

-- The files are on my computer and I wanted to upload them into JUX Download.
-- I can't find any "browse" or "upload" buttons in my JUX download component.

After running into the above problem (can't find out how to upload files/items to JUX Download), I thought I would use my Siteground CPanel "File Manager" to upload the files... but I couldn't find the JUX Download files anywhere in the "Component" area of my Joomla site.

So...

(a) where do I put the files I want users to be able to download through JUX Download?
(b) Where do I put the thumbnail images for the items I want to display in the JUX Download modules?


NOTE NOTE NOTE:

I have read all the WORDS in the documentation... but the documentation is full of "Photobucket" images that can't be viewed.
Maybe my questions are answered in the documentation, but I can't see ANY of the images in the documentation.
