When I go to the layout section of the template, it doesn't show any of the module positions. It is blank. Can you please let me know how to fix this so that I can see and arrange these module positions.

I'm actually designing the site on a local computer, so it's not available online. I'm not sure what the question was that you were asking about name position, but I have included a screenshot of the page that I'm having trouble with. Hope that helps.
